1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the suka2cuc platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other access method — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the suka2cuc platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the suka2cuc platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Has never previously been banned from the suka2cuc platform through account termination or an administrative block

Suka2cuc reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a member is found to have provided false information regarding their eligibility, suka2cuc reserves the right to terminate the account and reject any pending withdrawals.

3 Account Registration & KYC Verification

The account registration process at suka2cuc requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and an active email address. The information provided must match your official identification documents.

KYC Verification Process

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, suka2cuc conducts a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This process involves:

• Submission of a clear and valid copy of your identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, or official document no older than 3 months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (bank statement or screenshot of digital wallet account)
• A selfie with your identification document in certain cases requiring additional verification

Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended until verification is completed. Withdrawals exceeding certain limits require full KYC verification.

4 Deposit

• Successful deposits cannot be reversed except in specific technical circumstances determined by the suka2cuc team

5 Withdrawal

Withdrawals at suka2cuc are processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered and verified under the member's name. Processing time ranges from 15 minutes to 3 hours depending on the payment method and the member's VIP level.

General Withdrawal Terms

• Full KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for the deposit — no exceptions
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on the member's VIP level
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn once the specified rollover requirement has been fully met
• Withdrawals that are still being processed cannot be cancelled by the member

Withdrawal Fees

6 Bonus & Promotions

Rollover Requirements

• The use of any automated software, bots, or third-party assistance systems that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited

10 Account Termination

Members may close their suka2cuc account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all eligible funds have been withdrawn in accordance with the applicable terms.
